Bookings

Le Moray has a minimum stay of 5 nights. 

It is possible to book Le Moray through AirBnB and Vrbo. Those sites all have up-to-date calendars, and they all have their own terms and conditions to which you should refer when making your booking.

You can send us questions via this site. Please use our booking page or contact us and we will respond as soon as we can. 

Check in is after 2pm and check out is by 10am. Self check-in is possible upon request.

Pricing & Payment

Le Moray is available at a nightly rate of $120. All bookings also attract a one-off cleaning fee of $125. Each booking platform has its own fee structure added to the nightly rate, and some platforms apply a seasonal adjustment, so please check your preferred platform for final pricing. 

It is our own policy not to offer long stay discounts, but we also do not increase our prices during busy periods.

All prices and payments are in Australian Dollars. There is no GST (goods & services tax) in our prices. 

Cancellations

Check the cancellation policy by checking your preferred booking platform.

House Rules

Le Moray is located within a residential apartment block, and all rules of the building apply to you and your visitors during your stay. Rules include:

  • No smoking anywhere in the building, and definitely no smoking inside the apartment.

  • No parties or events.

  • No loud noise after 9pm.

  • No glass inside the pool area.

  • Close all gates and security doors behind you.

  • Park in allocated parking space only.

Additionally, please observe the following conditions:

  • No pets to stay in or visit the apartment.

  • A maximum of 2 adults can stay in the apartment. There is only one bed which cannot be converted, and the sofa cannot be converted into a bed. The apartment is not suitable for children.

  • Windows must be closed every time you leave the apartment to protect from any possible storm damage. The apartment door must be locked every time you leave to maintain the security of your items.

  • Carry the apartment keys with you at all times to ensure you do not lock yourself out. It may take some time to organise for you to be re-admitted.

Please report any damage or any equipment not working within the apartment as soon as possible and we will attempt to address it immediately.
